I can't find any info with a Google search. It is most likely a private label arrangement made with Shaw to prevent consumers from comparing price with other stores. I hope other pros might be familiar with it. What prompted you to select that carpet if it looks and feels cheap to you? Did you have a sample of it to make sure they installed the same material you chose? Is there a satisfaction guarantee, or are you stuck with the carpet? Could you have ordered a larger sample to get a better look and feel before deciding on the purchase? Jim

it is biltmore park 212. They installed half of my house. only living room, family room and stairs are left for today. I think it was what I ordered - park 2 (the sales say they are the same when I asked. they only carry two level of carpet. I chose the premium . the sales indicated it would look much better than my current. but with the finished portion, I feel the other way.

If you think it's wrong, then tell them to stop. It is important to make sure the carpet being installed is the same as the sample you looked at. To do that, you must have the sample with you. Please answer some of the other questions I asked. Jim
