Forum Title: Stanton Carpet job coming up in July!
I have little experience with wool carpets. I have done some Kanes and similar materials over the years and never had an issue. I have read some posts here about this particular type and I understand a good latex sealer is recommended for the seams and a kool glide which I plan on both. Questions that I have at the moment are these. I have always been taught to use strip in all doorways. How else could you secure? I plan on double stripping the rooms of course. I have also read that you seal the edges you tuck at the wall? Does this product stretch in width? Cotton head or standard stretcher?

I am not sure of which pad they purchased. I would assume shaw triple touch but not sure. I'll find out this week.

Stanton has just about every type of carpet made under their brand umbrella, before any information could be offered, we really need to know the style name. Dobby
